  • Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable unless they meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

  • The customer has contacted WeLoveTemplates Support and provided sufficient details, including screenshots or other evidence of the issue.

  • Our support team has been given reasonable time to investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchases or failure to use the template

  • The template name and purchase date

  • A detailed explanation of the issue, along with relevant screenshots or supporting evidence

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. EU Consumer Rights Compliance

WeLoveTemplates complies with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Digital products that are delivered instantly are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal once accessed or downloaded. However, we offer fair refunds for legitimate technical issues in accordance with this policy.
